Medically Oriented Independent Gym Program

Experience the benefits of Independent Gym workouts with guidance and/or personal training in a Physical Therapy clinic.  Improve strength, stamina, balance and confidence in an environment that keeps you healthy, fit and safe.  While Physical Therapy improves movement and decreases pain our gym program is about you continuing to stay well.

Membership to our gym is unlike a typical fitness facility as we have designed a fitness service that is a valuable life enhancing experience.  Our programs are designed to individually support our members and meet their needs whether they are healthy or medically compromised.

Physical Therapists serve the community through rehabilitative services and we extend that service to fitness – bridging the gap between the medical and fitness facility providers.

To fulfill our mission we offer on-sight supervision and individual attention.  This is an outgrowth our our clinical services through evaluations, exercise plans and program progression that keeps us in touch with every member.

First Month’s Membership Includes:

• Meeting with a Licensed Physical Therapist
• One hour personal training session with a Certified Personal Trainer

Our new Members will receive an exercise plan tailored to their specific medical and fitness needs
